As many as 21.000 customers visited a new extension of Galaxy during the first hour after its opening. The re-launch of the largest shopping center in Szczecin enlarged by 15,000 sq. m met high interest from not only Szczecin’s inhabitants but also those from the whole region.

– I’m convinced that Galaxy will remain the most favorite shopping and entertainment destination. I wish everyone to have a great time at Galaxy – said at the opening Mariusz Machnicki, Galaxy’s managing director.

Galaxy shopping center is located in the very center of Szczecin and makes an important part of the city. Among its neighbors, it stands out with an impressive white dome that perfectly fits elegant, black-and-white façade. The 56,000 sq. m of space accommodates 200 stores, food court, as well as Calypso Fitness Club and nine-screen movie theater Multikino.

The list of new tenants includes such Forever 21, Media Expert, Go Sport, Pepco, Sephora, Rossman, Aldo, Way to Beauty, Tefal – Home & Cook, Homla, Duka, Sony Center, Samsung Brand Store. After a break, customers can again visit popular Reserved, Mohito, House, Smyk and Deichmann stores. Also, a store of footwear brand CCC moved to the new location of 2,300 sq. m thus opening one of the largest stores in Poland.

The opening was celebrated by exceptional price promotions in all stores and the celebration will last next two weekends.
