EPP, a company that invests in commercial real estate, continues to build a specialized Leasing & Asset Management team by attracting new, experienced employees. This includes Sylwia Piechnik who has just been appointed Head of Office Leasing.

Sylwia will be responsible for commercialization and re-commercialization of EPP-owned office properties, including the preparation of leasing strategies, tenant acquisition, and lease agreement negotiations. She comes to EPP from HB Ravis Poland where she worked as a Senior Leasing Manager.
She has been working in the commercial real estate sector for more than 13 years. Before 2013, she worked at Polish property developer Yareal Polska in various capacities and most recently as the Head of Leasing and Sales. Prior to that, Sylwia was an architect and project manager at ECI Group and also worked for real estate consulting firm Couderq Binswanger Poland.

Sylwia holds a master’s degree in architecture and urban design from the Krakow University of Technology. She also completed postgraduate studies in ‘conservation of architectural and urban monuments’ and property valuation.

He added that while shopping centers account for the largest part of EPP’s portfolio, office properties remain an integral part.
